SHIPPING

Once it has been over 24 hours since you had placed your order, you are unable to cancel or change it. If it has been placed before the 24 hour mark and you would like to cancel or change it, please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM.

  • Once an order has been placed, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with shipment information. 
  • If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM to have this resolved for you. Please review your shipping address before purchase in order to avoid this issue. 
  • Each garment is made to order. Thus, allow 7-21 days minimum before receiving a shipment confirmation. Please be mindful that this is solely one person sewing each and every garment. In order to better the construction of each garment, patience is needed. For rushed orders please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM to better assist you. 
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS. International orders typically arrive 10-14 business days (may vary by country) via DHL or UPS. 
  • If your order is missing, please contact CPR@CPRMUSE.COM and your shipping carrier to be assisted. I will do my best to try to resolve issues related to missing packages and can provide a refund if necessary. 
  • Seperate orders will be combined but may take a longer wait time depending on when each order was placed and how many garments are included (again, be mindful that this is all created by just one person). 

RETURNS 

All sales are final. However, a few return and refund eligibilities are listed below:

  • Returns are accepted no later than 14 days after receiving the order.
  • Refunds are solely accepted if there are flaws (i.e. rips, tears, or stains) that specifically arrived with the garment (must include proof of flaws within the email). CPR is not responsible for flaws that were caused by the customer such as poor clothing care; Please review the care section under each garment's description before and after purchasing. 
  • Returns in exchange for another order is only accepted if the desired order is available. 
  • Return labels will be emailed to you at no extra cost. 
  • If you believe you ordered an incorrect size and would like to return the garment in exchange for a different size, please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM.
  • If the order you received was not the order you initially placed, email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM to assist your concerns and have this resolved.
