WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will arrive soon! Please be patient as I do run this brand all by myself. Given that I sew everything myself and search for all the materials myself, it takes me a few days or weeks to ship out orders. I am also a college student so I do have to balance my time wisely. However, I do try my best to ship out all orders within 2 weeks that they are placed. Additionally, I ship out orders as soon as I finish sewing them. If you're looking forward to receiving your order by a specific date (i.e. birthday, special event, etc), please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM after you have placed your order so I am able to assist you best. I do sew everything based on the order I receive them, but I do make exceptions for customers who are in a rush. However, your patience is appreciated!
WHAT DOES "MADE TO ORDER" MEAN?
The term "made to order" means that once an order is placed, I sew the garment myself. In other words, they are not pre-made.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM SIZING?
Yes! I understand that my sizing is limited (due to working all alone), therefore, I do accept custom sizing. If you do not see your size or you have unique measurements, please email your bust, waist, and hip measurements to CINDYPERALTABUSINESS@GMAIL.COM.
WHAT IF MY GARMENT DOESN'T FIT?
Fortunately, I do accept exchanges! I do adjustments for free whether the garment is either too small or too large. Please email CPR@CPRMUSE.COM to inquire an exchange. However, the wait time to receive the garment again depends on how many orders I have left to sew. I will always give an approximate estimate timeframe for when you'll receive the new adjusted garment.
WHY ARE THERE TWO EMAILS? WHICH ONE SHOULD I EMAIL?
I include two emails for organization purposes as sometimes my emails can get flooded. However, CINDYPERALTABUSINESS@GMAIL.COM is for custom orders/sizing and CPR@CPRMUSE.COM is for store information and general customer assistance. Whether you email one or the other or both, I'll see it regardless. Again, it is solely for organization.
