Made from the same fabric as the Angel's Blouse, this blue mini skirt features a ruffled hem for some volume. The skirt provides stretch and is meant to be worn low-rise. 

NOTE: The lighting and editing style of the pictures provided may alter the appearance of the color of the skirt. However, overall, the skirt itself is a light shade of blue.
